Our story

Built around the real challenges facing pharmacies

Community pharmacies are being asked to do more than ever — expanding NHS services, rising patient expectations and growing operational demands have created pressure across every part of pharmacy practice. Healthya was founded by a practising GP who saw first-hand how these pressures, and widening health inequalities, affect patients and communities.

We build practical digital solutions that reduce complexity rather than add to it — combining pharmacy operations, patient engagement and hands-on support so providers can build stronger foundations for delivery, growth and long-term sustainability.

What pharmacy teams say

Healthya feels built by people who actually understand a pharmacy floor. The workflows just fit — and the support behind them is genuinely hands-on.

Rachel B.

Superintendent Pharmacist · Independent, North West

We consolidated four systems into one. Admin dropped, claims got cleaner, and our team stopped burning hours on paperwork.

Amir K.

Operations Lead · Regional multiple

Governance-first was what convinced us. Everything is audit-ready by default and clinician-led — that matters at ICB scale.
